The Dance Stage strives to deliver a blast of energy throughout the weekend, where it features not fitness and dance classes such as Zumba and Cardio dance. Come with an open-minded attitude and be inspired by dance cultures from around the world including Bollywood, Latin and Breakdance.
We have also partnered up with Street Dance Society who will deliver a range of street dance workshops including break-dancing, whacking, and more. The worlds largest fitness race which hails from Germany, is returning to HKFWE. With races in 14 countries across the world, Hong Kong is the first city in Asia to host a HYROX race. A HYROX fitness race involves a 1 km run, followed by a functional fitness workout, repeated 8 times with participants running 8km in total and completing 8 different functional fitness workout stations. HYROX is a fitness race for everybody and EVERY BODY with participants ranging from 16 year olds to 70+. Participants can either race as a single in the open category or pro category or can team up with a partner and race as a male double, mixed double or female double and split the work in the functional fitness workout zones. Aside from the previous year's race categories, the Relay (Team of 4), a new race category, will be introduced for the first time in Asia and Hong Kong.
