Tracy is a girl who loves to challenge herself who resigned her role as an advertising director to a full-time coach, as she believes jumping out from a comfort zone can bring her to a new level of adventure and breakthroughs.
Currently a level one instructor in Animal Flow, Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist (FRCms), Poliquin Certified Personal Trainer, and certified bodyweight training coach at Hong Kong China Bodybuilding and Fitness Association.
