About The Instructor

Aileen Wong
Aileen is a passionate NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Group Class Instructor from Panama. She has taught spinning and rebounding. Currently, she teaches boxing, HIIT and strength training.
As a group class instructor, Aileen leaves everything on the class floor. Her music as electrifying as the energy she brings will leave you feeling amazing.
As a personal trainer, Aileen meets you where you are and works with you to establish tailored small sustainable changes that lead you to a healthier lifestyle.
She is the co-founder of MINDFIT, an initiative that is helping redefine what being fit is and developing healthier relationships with our body and mind.
She is a fierce advocate for diversity and inclusion of the LGBTQ+ community by creating event to celebrate all kinds of love.
Aileen is a boxing volunteer coach for the Love21 foundation which is a charity empowering the Down syndrome and autistic community.
Aileen stands for inclusivity, strength of body and mind, self love and kindness.
