About The Instructor

Matina Cheung

Started teaching yoga since 2014 and started her own studio, Nila Yoga in 2018. Her intention is to bring everyone a better body and a happier soul. She believes that teaching yoga is not only about guiding students through sequences and asanas, it is also an experience of inspiring, sharing and growing together.
