Meagan: Yoga and well-being plays a vital part of Meagan’s life, it has always been a holistic therapy for her to restore her mind and body through mindful movement. Both on and off the mat, Meagan strives to share her practice and positive energy with you feeling nourished and rejuvenated. // Vanessa: With a positive approach, Vanessa encourages her students to connect their practice through mind, body and spirit, seeking to extend to them the bliss sensation she always has while and after practicing yoga. Her classes are focused in building strength and flexibility, as well activating healing energies throughout meditation, pranayama, mantras and Reiki energies. // Meagan & Vanessa have a great passion in wellness and mindfulness. They both met on the mat in their first teacher’s training and have kept diving into the holistic world together. Besides being yoga instructors, both of them are qualified Reiki Masters. They often offer not only asanas in class, but also focus on holistic healing energies, so be prepared to indulge yourself in a soothing meditation in their class!
