The Hatha Yoga Flow session steadily builds its pace over the course of the yoga flow sequence. Master Kamal will guide us step by step in the flow, from one pose to another, with the help of breaths. Listen to your body with the yoga flow practice and find yourself more in sync with what your body is craving in this mind-body session. All levels are welcome.

About The Instructor

Master Kamal

"Master Kamal is the Founder and the Director of SambalaBhu Yoga. Master Kamal started learning Yoga from his father and other famous Yoga Guru at the age of 5 and has been practicing Yoga since then. He has extensive knowledge of the philosophy of Yoga and has over 15 years of professional Yoga teaching experience in Hong Kong and India. He specializes in teaching Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Vinyasa, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Pranayama Meditation, Restorative Yoga, Pre-Natal and Post-Natal Yoga. Master Kamal was a Champion in State Yoga Championship of Tamil Nadu Yoga Association and also obtained other various awards in India. Master Kamal holds a MSc in Yoga and PG Diploma Certification from Annamalai University in Tamil Nadu, India. He has also completed RYS Yoga Alliance 200 Hours Teaching Training. Besides Yoga, Master Kamal is an enthusiastic athlete. He loves running, swimming, soccer and silambam. He also holds a MA in English from Madras University in Chennai and a B.Ed. in English from Tamil Nadu Teachers Education University in Chennai."
