Turn traditional Vinyasa into a strong, sweaty, and fun practice! Stack postures to build rhythm while linking breath and movement to build internal heat as you become stronger and more open. Progressions are given for all levels to enjoy. By class end, you will have memorized and received the gift of a full flow.

About The Instructor

Tee Nan

Tee has an affinity for athletics and movement from a young age growing up in Thailand. Through his parents, he ultimately found meditation and yoga to be his practice consistently over the last 10 years. Featured in Tatler, Prestige, and hailed as one of the city’s strongest yogis, Tee leverages his experience in science to improve holistic health and fitness intelligently and safely. Tee’s mission is to guide people of all ages to build strength from within, develop good movement habits, and grow in confidence to adapt a daily practice that is right for each unique individual.
