Our one of a kind Dance Fitness class is an incredibly fun way to get a good burn and sweat on. Warm up, condition the body like a dancer and repeat multiple, easy to access dance moves and combinations to get your heart-rate up and burn out certain muscle groups. This is an extremely fun and funky way to train and get your cardio in – so fun you’ll even forget you’re working out! Come to MOVE, groove, sweat and dance along to some of your fav songs!

About The Instructor

Paige Fitzmaurice

Paige, Founder of MOVE Studio, is an extremely passionate and versatile, Australian born, Holistic Health Coach. Paige began dancing when she was 3 and became a professional dancer with over 15 years experience in the industry. She has worked all over the world for some of the biggest entertainment companies on earth and performed as lead roles for the Walt Disney Company for many years. She has dedicated her life to the practice of movement and working with the body so she knows what it means to stay fit and healthy. Her skill sets lay with not just the many styles of dance and dance/fitness, but she’s also a 610 HR Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Teacher (including Yoga Therapy, Meditation, Pranayama, Ayurveda, Pre/Postnatal & Kids Yoga) and a certified Inside Flow instructor. Paige has also trained in aerial and acrobatics and is a qualified Exercise Nutritionist. Not only that, she’s a certified Emotional Intelligence / Life Coach, Master Weight Loss Coach and a Master NLP Practitioner. Paige is currently completing another fitness certification (NASM) and has a constant thirst for learning and growing so that she can serve her clients the best way possible, in all aspects of life!
