About The Instructor
NTC Master Class: Utah Lee + George Iu
Utah Lee is an all-round fitness trainer with over 20 years of teaching and presenting experience. She is known for her challenging but fun workouts like HIIT, Kickboxing, Zumba, cardio dance workouts and dynamic stretch. Besides teaching, Utah is also a lifestyle blogger and enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, Yogi and K-Pop. George began his fitness journey in 2004. Started off as a part time dance instructor at the gym, after trying different fitness programs, he became a full time group exercise instructor. Being featured on some fitness videos released internationally, George got the opportunities to present in various fitness events worldwide. He believes fitness brings physical health and mental health to people, experience one of his classes and you’d see what he means.
