This is a 45 minutes spin class suitable for all levels. While riding to uplifting and groovy music, there will be some upper body movements and choreography to be added on. Yet, it is completely optional since we encourage participants to focus on riding to the beat of the music. A fun cardio session and good sweat can be expected.

About The Instructor

Eri Hui

Eri started dancing from a young age and quickly developed a love of self expression through music and movement. Nowadays, you will find her moving more on a bike or on the mat! Eri's favorite quote is, "sucking at something, is the first step of being sort of good at something" and enjoys the journey of learning and improving with any practice. As an instructor, she empowers her students to get out of their comfort zone while having a laugh along the process.
