About Coco Wong: Coco specialises in Barre, Mat Pilates and HIIT. She is experienced in leading group class for many brands and events. Coco believes through exercising, you will be able to leave your comfort zone and break through your challenge point. She likes to encourage and inspire people to find out the benefits of being active. About Natasia Sun: Natasia specialises in teaching Zumba, Cardio Dance, and Sculpt. She has been invited to teach at AIA Vitality Hub, IRIS FitFest 2021, and Hong Kong Sports Expo. Natasia believes that exercise should be just as fun as it is effective. Her students find her energy infectious and her classes fun and rewarding. Both Coco and Natasia have been featured on Cosmopolitan HK, RTHK, Umagazine and have been hired by corporates including HSBC, Ralph Lauren, foodpanda, to teach fitness classes.
