Agnes & Faris were always a sports enthusiast from a young age, having been athletic and active in different kinds of sports especially in track & field. They started practising yoga in 2014 to incorporate a stretching and conditioning component into our workout plan.We were mesmerised by how yoga brought our mind of wondering to one of peace after trying our first yoga class. Since then, their studies and practices in this ancient discipline have led us to grow physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
Agnes started spinning many years ago and was completely hooked on it since then. After graduating from college last year, I joined Renation as a part-time spinning instructor. Growing up in Hong Kong, I have been receiving ballet and athletics training for many years. I love staying active and trying out different kinds of sports. Until I developed an interest in the bike, the spinning room has become my favorite. Spinning is not only an exercise to me, it is also my kind of stress relief and mood-booster. I would love to spread the love and positivity that I have gained to the community and share the joy with those who come to my class.

A half-Vietnamese and a half-Comorian (Afro-Asian), Anisha was born and raised in Paris and is now based in Hong Kong as an Artist. Content creator, Choreographer, Dancer, Model, Singer, the multifaceted talent arrived in HK as Civil Engineer in 2016. She quit her job after winning a TV Dance Competition in HK in 2021. She is now a spoke-person for Diversity and African culture in Asia. She has been chosen as the face of influent brands names (Lululemon, Fenty Beauty, Apple...) . She is also seen as an Ambassador of Excellence and Diversity through her positive influence and her aim to merge cultures (Chinese, French, African) by celebrating them.
Born and raised in Toronto, Austin made his move to Hong Kong in 2016. With his full-time job doing brand partnerships, he has now added fitness into the mix. Austin is excited to share his music, energy, and positive vibes with you and his goal will always be to help build you up in and out of the studio.
As a RYT500-hour experienced instructor and the founder of Aura Yoga Limited, Bella Wong is dedicated to sharing her love of yoga with others. She believes that yoga is not just a physical practice, but a way to integrate the body, mind, and soul. By practicing yoga, we can achieve greater balance and harmony in our lives, leading to greater happiness and well-being. Bella brings her passion and expertise to every class, helping her students to deepen their practice and connect with their inner selves.
In 2016, Billi took her first step onto a yoga mat for a hot yoga class. She was amazed at the amount of sweat pouring out of her body and the incredible feeling she had at the end of the class. Practising yoga not only helped her build a healthy body and mind, but it also brought balance into her life and gave her the time and space to learn more about her inner self. Over time, Billi continued to practice and learn different styles of yoga. In 2020, she met Rebecca and discovered Inside Flow. She fell in love with this style which combines music as a tool to move in a flow state, also known as meditation in motion. Inside Flow speaks directly to your soul and Billi continues to practice and explore this style of yoga.
Bonnie Man is a professional dancer, choreographer, influencer and relationship coach. She started her dance training during her time at Poly University HK and furthered her training in LA, NYC and Tokyo. Currently based in HKG, she has worked with various influential artists such as Aaron Kwok, Grasshopper, Sammy Cheng, Twins, Leehom etc. Her main focus now is choreography where she has received multiple awards.
Catry who has 17 years of experience in dancing has been teaching a fitness dance called "funkydance." In one hour-long class, participants can achieve over 8,000 steps and burn between 600-900 calories. This high-energy workout is sure to get your heart pumping and your body moving.

Eri started dancing from a young age and quickly developed a love of self expression through music and movement. Nowadays, you will find her moving more on a bike or on the mat! Eri's favorite quote is, "sucking at something, is the first step of being sort of good at something" and enjoys the journey of learning and improving with any practice. As an instructor, she empowers her students to get out of their comfort zone while having a laugh along the process.
Ivan is a passionate and ever-learning coach and movement therapist. He has been hyper active all through his youth and competed in multiple sports at the same time. He got introduced to collegiate triathlon while getting his criminology degree, and was inspired to compete in the Ironman triathlon. In the exciting journey of training and competing, he adapted the mindset of believing anything is possible, and began spreading it among his circles and eventually to his clients. Ivan likes to host events and meet new people, and chosen as the lululemon ambassador this year is a perfect way to bring people together and have fun. After spending three years in the industry and six years coaching track and field, he has been focusing his effort on helping people move better and pain free. He combines performance training with more anatomical focus, constantly educating his clients about their body which they all enjoy. Ivan has been training the Hong Kong Shuttlecock National Team for the World Championship in Paris. He is also preparing a series of projects with his partners to promote strength and conditioning in Hong Kong including a large-scale training facility, in a collective effort to elevate the health and wellness industry in Hong Kong.
Jess has been a part of the fitness industry for seven years, teaching a wide variety of group classes, including indoor cycling, HIIT, and boxing. She is not only a Co-Founder but also the Studio Director of Renation, offering her expertise to help individuals achieve their fitness goals. Jess is also a legacy ambassador for lululemon HK, demonstrating her dedication to promoting and living a healthy, active lifestyle.
Jumbo is an artist and Pilates matwork instructor with over 3 years of experience, having started teaching in 2018. He is an E-RYT500 experienced Yoga Teacher, as well as one of the only twelve C-IAYT (Certified International Yoga Therapist) across China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan. Keiki is much loved by his students for his fun and challenging classes, and is best known for his in-depth knowledge of yoga anatomy and safety while emphasizing mindfulness in every breath and every asana. Lokin is a professional dancer, teacher and choreographer, who graduated from the University of Hong Kong. He is a member of Spark, Asylum and PENTAVERSE crew. He has over 20 years of street dance experience and won many battle championships, and is the judge of many dance events. He has traveled to various countries to exchange and study, including Europe, New York, Japan and South Korea. He is one of the organizers of many dance events in Hong Kong. Not only being participating in various concerts but also having lots of experience in theater creation.
Max is a fitness coach with close to a decade of coaching experience, in 2015 he founded one of the biggest outdoor boot camp in Hong Kong, Urban Active. They run classes in Causeway Bay on Monday and Wednesday, and throughout his years of coaching he has trained over 1,000 clients. Spartan Race and Hyrox has been our motivation and fitness goal. Paige began dancing when she was 3 and became a professional dancer with over 15 years experience in the industry. She has worked all over the world for some of the biggest entertainment companies on earth and performed as lead roles for the Walt Disney Company for many years. She has dedicated her life to the practice of movement and working with the body so she knows what it means to stay fit and healthy. Her skill sets lay with not just the many styles of dance and dance/fitness, but she’s also a 610 HR Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Teacher (including Yoga Therapy, Meditation, Pranayama, Ayurveda, Pre/Postnatal & Kids Yoga) and a certified Inside Flow instructor. Paige has also trained in aerial and acrobatics and is a qualified Exercise Nutritionist. Not only that, she’s a certified Emotional Intelligence / Life Coach, Master Weight Loss Coach and a Master NLP Practitioner. Raymond: I came to Hong Kong in 2017 to rediscover my Chinese heritage as a British born Chinese. In that endeavour I began learning about our culture through traditional Chinese kung fu and tai chi, which can be both mindful and powerful systems of movement and proprioceptive training. Gradually as my health got better and my sense of balance grew, I branched out into dabbling with other cultural and movement arts like Capoeria, Yoga, Pilates, Animal Flow and even became a certified personal trainer. As a weekend warrior and office dude by day, permit me to share with you how I believe movement can be a medicine for the body, mind and spirit. // Vince: Vincent is an Animal Flow instructor that incorporates his aesthetic studies of music and dance into fitness practice. She also enjoys participating in freestyle battles. Currently, Poki teaches at several schools and studios, including SDS/Studio Jungle. One aspect of hip hop that Poki particularly enjoys is the groove. In her classes, she starts by teaching simple grooves and then adds her own variations and movements to make the classes even more enjoyable.
