  • In this interactive segment, Lona Shui will delve into the many elements to achieving optimal performance in fitness. She will go into the details of how to assess your overall health, using fitness and medical assessment such as VO2 max / sub max / 1RM testing. These technology can help you track progress and set goals in a tactical and practical way.
  • In order to reach optimal performance, a person’s posture plays a huge part. A physiotherapist will also share on assessing for postural or structural imbalance issues that could easily lead to injuries. They will share more on prehab, injury prevention and maintenance to ensure you are working optimally, whatever your health goals may be.

Currently pursuing a master’s degree in Sports Medicine and Health Science, Angus possesses a deep understanding of how exercise can prevent sports injuries while simultaneously enhancing sports performance. Angus’s expertise extends to those seeking long-term health, weight loss, strength and conditioning, and improved sports performance.   • Tammy Tham is a registered physiotherapist and a certified Polestar Pilates rehabilitation as well as an acupuncture practitioner with 8 years’ experience in treating musculoskeletal conditions.
  • With her expertise in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, she provides personalise care to address pain, enhance mobility, and optimize function. Using a patient-centre approach, Tammy creates tailored treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient. Through a combination of hands-on therapy, targeted exercises, and evidence-based techniques, she helps patients regain strength, flexibility, and overall wellness.
Moe Ng – Head Coach of Humansa
  • Moe is a highly skilled Personal Trainer who holds a Master’s degree in Sport Studies from CUHK. He is a certified Functional Training Coach and Corrective Specialist with a focus on correcting posture and movements in strength and conditioning training. Moe is also an expert in mobility training and injury prevention.
